Annual Site- Florida Residents Site allows you to keep your RV on a yearly site. Limited to 180 overnight stays.

- Cash discount is $7500 paid in full in cash in one transaction
- Autopay of $675 per month for those who have been here 1+ years
Monthly Site
Includes water. Metered electric extra- Monthly site decreases each month until 4th month.

SHELTERS
Shelter pricing is $15 per person per night with a $150 per night minimum OR $150 per night if the 10 person minimum is not met. The minimum fee covers the first 10 people. Children over 7 will be charged. Deposit is required, optionally you can pay full balance.
